Early Childhood Education (PAUD)

PAUD priority programs are as follows:

1. Consolidation of Regional Profiling Data related to Early Childhood Education Services

This activity aims to generate data on expanding access to PAUD to support the implementation of 1 Year of Compulsory PAUD Preschool Education.

2. Preparation of a Large Design for a 1-Year Preschool

The objective of this activity is to compile a large design document related to the strategy for preparing the implementation of the 1-Year Compulsory Preschool Education policy.

3. Increasing the capacity of UPT in carrying out advocacy and mentoring for 1 year of pre-school education.

This activity aims to:

1. 1. increasing the understanding of UPT regarding the 1 Year Compulsory Preschool Education policy;
   2. encourage collaboration between stakeholders;
   3. encourage the use of data to carry out advocacy and assistance; and
   4. prepare a plan for implementing advocacy, mentoring, and evaluation of UPT in implementing the 1 Year Compulsory Preschool Education policy.

4. Socialization of 1 Year of Compulsory Preschool Education to 514 Education Offices and PAUD Mother Working Groups

This activity aims to:

1. 1. increasing the understanding of the Education Office regarding the 1 Year Compulsory Preschool Education policy;
   2. encourage collaboration between stakeholders in the region;
   3. encourage the use of data to implement policies; and
   4. prepare a regional action plan to accelerate 1 Year of Compulsory Preschool Education.
      

5. Advocacy and Assistance to 27 Regional Governments (Intervention Locus in 2025)

The objectives of implementing this activity include:

1. 1. carry out advocacy and assistance to local governments in implementing the acceleration of 1 Year of Compulsory Preschool Education; and
   2. Regional governments can determine relevant strategies according to their regional conditions to accelerate the 1-Year Compulsory Preschool Education.
      

6. Mentoring of the PAUD Mother Working Group Work Program

Conducting discussions with PAUD Mothers and the PAUD Mothers Working Group regarding:

1. 1. coordination and synchronization, as well as a common perception between the work programs of Bunda PAUD and the Central Government;
   2. PAUD Mothers and the PAUD Mothers Working Group understand their respective roles in collaboration to implement the 1 Year Preschool Compulsory policy;
   3. Mothers have strategies and solutions that will be implemented in implementing the 1 Year Preschool Compulsory policy, according to the data and conditions in each region; and
   4. National Early Childhood Education Mother Appreciation 2025.

7. Preparation of the draft Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of the 1-Year Preschool Fair Strategy

Preparation of technical guidelines for the implementation strategy for 1 Year of Compulsory Preschool Education, namely:

1. 1. Draft technical guidelines for the implementation of One-Roof PAUD-SD and Multi-Class;
   2. Draft technical guidelines for Visiting Teachers and Mobile APE;
   3. Draft technical guidelines for national PAUD (review); and
   4. Draft technical guidelines for the expansion of PAUD authority.

8. Preparation of Publication Materials for 1 Year of Compulsory Preschool Education

The aim of this activity is to compile a content brief as a reasonable publication material for 1 year of preschool and to create content for reasonable publication material for 1 year of preschool.

9. Preparation of Regulations for Strengthening PAUD Mothers

The objectives of this activity are:

1. 1. comprehensively identify regulatory needs that support strengthening the role of PAUD Mothers at the national, provincial, and district/city levels;
   2. drafting regulations that regulate the roles, duties and functions of PAUD mothers; and
   3. aligning perceptions and policy directions among stakeholders regarding the role of PAUD Mothers.
      

10. Coordination Meeting on the Grand Design of 1 Year of Compulsory Preschool Education with Cross-Ministry/Institution

The purpose of this activity is to align perceptions regarding the 1-Year Preschool WAJAR Acceleration policy and cross-K/L program mapping to support the acceleration of 1-Year Preschool WAJAR.

11. FGD on Accelerating 1-Year Compulsory Preschool Education with LPTK

The objectives of implementing this activity include:

1. 1. carry out coordination regarding policies and the Grand Design of 1 Year Compulsory Preschool Education with LPTK; and
   2. coordinate regarding program synergy and the role of LPTK to accelerate 1 Year Compulsory Preschool Education.
